Exchange & Return Policy

1. Product without manufacturing defects can only be exchanged if:

• Exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase as stated in the receipt;

• The product is new, original, with attached price tag, product label and sticker (if any) and accompanied with original receipt;

• It is not the product sold at the discount promotion program due to existing defects;

• Purchased from Key Power Sports stores in Viet Nam or Fanpage, Website;

• It is not in the unsellable condition (dirty, worn, used, scratched, altered, and washed);

• Exchange item: Only exchanges for products of equal or higher value than the original purchase price are accepted (if the price is higher, the customer must pay the difference; if lower, no refund for the difference will be given);

• For online orders, size exchanges are only applicable if the product is available or must be exchanged for another model. Size or color exchanges will be considered based on product availability in-store, and no refunds will be given if the fault is not from the manufacturer.

 

2. Refund: 

Product without manufacturing defects cannot be refunded, returned.

3. Location:

Exchange only at the Key Power Sports store in Viet Nam or delivery for exchange (online)

4. Notice:

• Size/color exchanges (for online orders) will be considered based on the availability of the product in-store."

• All items included in Sale off programs are limited to a maximum of 3 exchanges within 14 days and only applicable for size exchanges for clothing. No warranty (except bicycles).

• If the customer needs to return the goods. Please contact Fanpage or Hotline for the fastest support

• The return and exchange process takes place within 14 days from the date of the transaction

• All regulations apply to Online and Offline orders
